Shipping and Delivery
We deliver products domestically and internationally using express Courier and Australia Post. The shipping includes tracking number and signature is required upon delivery. Currently we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Australian Domestic shipping starts from $8 unless you spend $75, then shipping is free within Australia. Exact shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and will be displayed before placing your order. International shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated as below:
- Australian metro areas – 2-3 business days
- Australia wide – 3-4 business days
- Australian rural areas – 5-7 business days
- International shipping 7-15 business days depending on your location.
All duty & taxes charged by the destination country are at the customers expense.
Made of Bamboo is commited to customer satisfaction. Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. There will be no refund of the original postage and return post is at your expense.
Unused items in original condition (with packaging) may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to 7 days after receiving your order.
No exchange or refund on sale items unless product is faulty.
How to return your order:
- For all returns please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to return/exchange.
- You will receive an email within 3 business days outlining if your return/exchange has been approved with instruction for postage.
- Once approved please post the item.
We suggest using Registered post with tracking as Made of Bamboo can take no responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.
Return of damaged or faulty items:
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.
- If you order is damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away at email@example.com and send us a photo of the damage.
- Please ensure you do this within the 7 day period and we will offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.
