What are the toys made from?
Our toys are primarily made out of bamboo. We use the natural hollow form of bamboo to craft unique designs with minimal embodied energy and industrial processing.
Where are your products designed and made?
Our products are designed in Melbourne, Australia and made in India at our dedicated manufacturing facility. The products are manufactured using ethical practices with workers paid ethical wages and provided appropriate work conditions.
What finishes do you use on your products?
We use natural beeswax finish on the bamboo. This helps retain the moisture and stop the bamboo from cracking. We only use non-toxic and child safe paint that meets Australian child safety standards.
Why does my product look slightly different from the photo on the website?
We use the naturally hollow form of bamboo to craft our products. That means each and every piece is slightly different and can have its unique markings and features. We think this makes the product quite special and adds a unique character. In the end, you are quite unique and so should the product you buy.
How should I care for the product?
Bamboo is a natural product and gets affected by the change in temperature and humidity. It is best not to expose the product to extreme temperatures and water. If submerged in water, remove and wipe with a clean dry cloth and it should be fine. Over a period of time the external beeswax coating might need to be reapplied. This will make sure the products looks great for years to come and will prolong the life of the product. If cracks develop due to temperature variation, they can be filled with any gap filler suitable for wood.

Where is my order?
You will receive a email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. If you don’t receive it please check your spam.
You will receive a second email once the order is shipped with a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! For international shipping costs please enter your address during checkout. We use tracked courier services for international shipping. Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.
How can I track my order?
Australian shipped orders are sent via our reputable courier service and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Tracking is available via email from our courier.
New Zealand and all other internationally shipped orders are sent via our International courier. Tracking numbers will be provided directly from our courier via email.
Why am I charged for customs when I already paid shipping?
For all International Orders – Our shipping charge is for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. We do not accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
